One down!

Tonight I put the finishing touches on the first of the new pieces for WATERCOLORS - Moonlight Dances on Twilight Lake...

The next one to wrap up in the opener, which is going to be very bright and bold and high-energy -- as much a fanfare as anything else. In the meantime, I continue to struggle with it's title. The title I'm liking these days is Sun Echoes Off a Glacier, but I need to focus on the actual notes, so I'd love to hear what you come up with... need a few ideas to play around with?

Sun Echoes Off a Glacer
Sunlight Echoes From a Glacier
Solar Glare From a Glacier
Sun Beams Off an Iceberg
A Blinding Flash of Sun and Ice...

OK, peanut gallery, let's hear what you've got... I really do appreciate the input!

Hey Jim, I'm digging "A Blinding Flash of Sun and Ice..." Especially if it's this high energy piece you want, that might be a good way to express it in the title. Of course everyone else may think I'm an idiot, but I can live with that. lol I did have a great time in Chicago...Second City was freaking awesome, and I spent my time there w/ 70+ women. Did I not win, or what? lol Take care and I hope to come out to Chicago soon and meet up with you and Nicki.

Here are a few ideas that popped into mind:

Solar Echoes From a Glacier
Blinding Flashes From a Glacier
Kinetic Echoes From a Glacier
Solar Flashes From a Glacier
Glares of Sun and Ice
Solar Beams of Sun and Ice
Echoes of Sun and Ice

I hope they help!!

Hmmm..."Echoes of Sun and Ice" is also a good alternative...whoever put that up did a good job. That, in my mind, is now close to "A Blinding Flash of Sun and Ice," but maybe you don't like either Jim. Anyways, the music its still damn good, I'm sure.

Yes, i love the "Echoes of Sun and Ice" title. It seems to incorporate everything that you said was in the piece.
